We’re Jimmy & Skye
We are so glad you are here. This is the beginning of a new chapter for us here in Bigfork. In 2021 we found ourselves needing to find a new home for the Split Rock after the sale of the KM Building. This was a challenging turn of events but we saw the opportunity that lied ahead. We now faced the decision of where we wanted to plant new roots for our restaurant and our family. Bigfork quickly won our hearts and we found a lovely spot to call home. Jimmy spent many months remodeling our space and turning it into the vision we had. Almost a year to the date of closing our previous location we have now opened our doors this April! The community has been unbelievably welcoming and we are incredibly grateful and excited to be here.
